Bought some clothes for my sons birthday which was a few months away. Wanted to give the clothes as a surprise, so ordered the same size as normal, expecting all to fit. The hoodie was slightly too small, so I emailed the Rascal team and they kindly agreed to allow the unworn hoodie to be returned, as long as it was in perfect condition with tags attached. It was agreed they would issue an e-gift card, even though I had been in receipt of the unworn hoodie for a couple of months. Had a few issues with emails getting lost, but after speaking to Adam, he arranged for an e-gift card to be issued on receipt of the returned hoodie. Adam was very helpful and friendly. My son loves his Rascal clothes, so we are really pleased that we were able to re-order the same hoodie in the next size up.
The clothing is brilliant quality and always arrives within a couple of days. Ordered a bundle but the deal didn’t go through at checkout so I was over charged. Sent an email to Rascal and within 30 minutes the overcharge was credited back to me. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Needed to exchange a pair of track pants and Rascal were so helpful honouring price I’d paid originally on my new order, plus sent me a free shipping code. Couldn’t have been more helpful, such a pleasure to buy from.

I had the pleasure of Dealing with Adam today from Rascal clothing. He dealt with my query personally with a phone call rather than sending an email which showed customer service at its best!! Nicest guy to deal with and made every effort and more with what I asked him . Credit to the company ????????

I have purchased clothes from Rascal, on two occasions. All of the above applies on each purchase. Prior to this my son bought items from Rascal and he was also impressed with the service and quality of the clothing.
Customer service is excellent my issue was resolved very quickly. Clothing fab my son loves them and he can't wait for me to order more .

Great customer service - I placed an order and wasn’t paying attention and for the whole order I’d picked the wrong size. Customer service were great and arranged refund when I returned the wrong sized ones. This was totally my fault and they were great at helping me sort it!
My son loves the clothes from rascal and I find they are really good quality and long lasting. I recently had a pair of joggers that split in the seem and I emailed Rascal and the customer service was brilliant, they got back to me very quickly and sent me another pair. I received within a few days. They also contacted me to see if I had received them.
I am so please how they handled this, just wish there was more company’s out there that treat their customers as well. Great customer care and communication.
